The Carving Vision, which transcends time and space, is 5 m high, 92 m long, and is surrounded by two 3-layer gauze screens. Under the keyword “What is Society 5.0?”, it displays a magnificent story of the development of the world of Society 5.0, from the birth of mankind and the formation of society to its maturity, and the perspective of “happiness” from the past to the future.

A space featuring four enigmatic 3D Cubes that suddenly appear three-dimensional as you approach them. This represents a glimpse of Society 5.0 in the year 2035. Life, mobility, healthcare, entertainment, and art are all undergoing changes in Society 5.0. Through dialogue, explore how these aspects are beginning to transform and imagine what kind of tomorrow they might create.

This is a space to learn and think about the challenges in different fields and their solutions in Society 5.0 with the keyword “This kind of tomorrow”. Here, visitors find themselves riding the heads of special robots as they stroll around the Future City. The four robot heads can become huge one moment, tiny the next, fly high, or go deep underground, providing visitors with a virtual experience of future industry and society as produced by a variety of creators.

Under the concept of “we can change the future ourselves”, 120 participants will enter a cyber space where they can explore the future of 2035 and engage in solving various issues. This interactive experience will allow them to learn about and select solutions for building a future city. The attraction features a theatre zone that can accommodate 120 visitors at once and an action zone where small children can enjoy physical activities.

The Kawasaki Heavy Industries Group has embodied sustainable mobility that moves people, things, and minds, unleashing “移動本能”.* Personal mobility for greater freedom of movement and mass mobility for greater comfort across land, sea, and air will be presented in full scale.

This exhibition presents the potential of boats in a future society to capture and utilise “wind”, the ultimate natural energy source. The interactive presentation of the WIND HUNTER, a next-generation ship that creates, stores, and transports green hydrogen from offshore wind, will allow visitors to experience the “wind” movement generated by the ship through a variety of visuals.

The exhibition will showcase the SMART POLE, which is expected to be applied to mobility, disaster prevention, and tourism as a platform that contributes to solving problems in local communities. SMART POLE for power generation, AI cameras, etc. will be demonstrated in the vicinity of Future City buildings, while the exhibition area will feature cyber-physical fusion exhibits, such as generating your own character in augmented reality (AR).

The approach to a shining future proposed by Niterra Co., Ltd. is “autonomous portable circulation technology” that delivers resource energy anywhere and to anyone. At the venue, navigators will introduce the CyclusNiterrium water and air circulation system. In addition, virtual venues allow you to venture into a future where life forms inhabited by circulating technology are active.

In the IHI exhibition, visitors can experience a thrilling immersive film ride on the Wonder Cube through the ocean, through space and into the micro-world. Take a journey into a future where the cycle of water, the source of the Earth and life, and the cycle of clean energy, the source of abundance in the future, will continue.

Manufacturing is the foundation for fostering future prosperity. The three zones illustrate manufacturing that evolves through change, connection, and combination. This exhibition captivates with impact and imagination, allowing visitors to explore the future and possibilities of manufacturing through a tour of the three zones.

This exhibition introduces underwater construction of the future that protects people’s lives and livelihoods from global warming, such as disaster prevention and nature restoration, by remotely operating underwater construction robots from a safe and comfortable office, allowing anyone to play an active role. This will include experiences that convey the extraordinary feeling of being underwater through a large screen, a giant prototype, and 3D displays.

The CP Concrete Consortium is developing a next-generation concrete that will continue to absorb CO2 during manufacture and after construction. Visitors can glide aboard an airship through a future where we have overcome the global warming crisis and a future where global warming has advanced, and experience how CP concrete is the key to saving the planet.

Agriculture has evolved alongside humanity, playing a crucial role in sustaining life. We are called to deliver food that is gentle on the earth and brings happiness to people around the globe. “We hold the seeds of tomorrow”. Let’s contemplate the future that will be achieved through planetary-conscious food and agriculture in Society 5.0.

The concept of this exhibition is the World Tree. It is the source of energy that sustains both people and the Earth. Once you enter the world of the World Tree, you will embark on a journey through a realm where your resource recycling activities and Kanadevia’s decarbonisation technology are intertwined.
