On Site Ticket Sales Information

On site tickets will be sold from 10:00 AM and can be used for one entry after 10:00 AM on April 18.

Available at: Ticket counters near the East and West gates.
*Limited availability. Queues may be long. We recommend purchasing tickets or vouchers in advance via the official website, convenience stores, or travel agencies.
Future ticket sales will be announced based on reservation status. Check the “Crowd Forecast & Reservation Availability” for updates.

Transportation Information

Since opening day, the waiting time at the West Gate is much shorter than that at the East Gate. There have been no particular delays or congestion on Shuttle Bus arriving at the West Gate(Shuttle Bus from major stations, Airport Bus, Park & Ride Bus from parking lots). Please consider using these buses

Recommended points of the Shuttle Bus arriving at the West Gate


〇Shuttle Bus from major stations(Excluding Sakurajima Station)
・All buses require reservations, so you can definitely get a seat.

〇Shuttle Bus from Sakurajima Station
・Passengers who have paid in advance will be given priority.
・Those who have not paid in advance may have to wait for a long time for boarding, due to congestion.
・Please consider paying in advance.

〇Park & Ride Bus from parking lots
・The Expo P&R parking lot in Maishima, Amagasaki, or Sakai, are currently vacant during the EXPO.
・Parking fees include bus fare(price per vehicle, regardless of the number of passengers).
・When several people ride together, the price per person will be cheaper
・Please consider using the Expo P&R parking.
・Private cars are not allowed to enter Yumeshima.
・To use the Maishima P&R parking lot, get off the highway at Wangan Maishima Exit, cross the Konohana Bridge, then go straight at the Maishima Higashi intersection.

Before You Visit

Please be sure to read before your visit to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable visit for all!

Please use public transportation

The Expo site is fully cashless

Large baggage is not allowed

Please leave your large baggage somewhere before coming to the Expo site.

Bag checks will be conducted

Please cooperate with the baggage inspection at the entrance. Before entering the venue, your bags and beverages will be inspected at the gate. Please remove any beverages from your bags before lining up.
Luggage with wheels, such as suitcases, and large baggage [exceeding (W)600 mm x (H)400 mm x (D)900 mm] cannot be brought into the Expo site. Please leave your large baggage at your hotel, a locker, or official luggage storage facilities (at Benten-cho Station and Sakurajima Station).Only small lockers are available at the Expo site.

Smoking is prohibited at the Expo site

There are two smoking areas are located outside the East Gate. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas. You will also need to follow the re-entry procedures.

Pets are not allowed

Pets are not allowed in the Expo site. There are no kennel facilities, so please do not bring animals with you.

Please be careful of heatstroke

Tents and parasols to provide shade from the sun and water dispensers will be set up around the Expo site, but high temperatures and humidity are expected during the summer months.
Please take precautions against heat stroke by wearing a hat and parasol, as well as bringing your own bottle of water to rehydrate yourself.
