You can finally start to ‘Book a visit date and time’ from 13 October.
This article provides a weekly round-up of events, highlighting information on the week when booking begins for visit dates and times.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting six months before the desired visit date.
This issue of the newsletter introduces events scheduled to take place at the various event facilities at the Yumeshima venue from 4 to 10 May 2025. Reservations for visit dates and times can be made from 3 to 9 November 2024.
Please refer to the event information below to consider the dates of your visit and book your ‘visit date and time’ at your earliest convenience!
Advance tickets are also available for sale, including “First-Half Period Tickets” (valid for one entry from the opening day to 18 July), which can be used during the first half of the Expo period.

| In order to revive the spirit of international exchange in Ryukyu Kingdom and to light the fire of hope for a richer exchange and coexistence with the world, Ryukyuan dance, Shishimai (lion dance), and folk songs, which were once used as tools for international exchange, will be performed. In addition, the now lost “Karakuri Hanabi (fireworks using mechanical devices)” of the Ryukyu Kingdom will be restored and introduced. |

| This sauna provides a completely new ‘co-creation’ space that embodies a ‘soft and warm’ future society, where the space covered with ETFE film* membrane material that transmits natural light is beautifully illuminated by LEDs and harmonises with the nature of Osaka Bay, which changes with the seasons and time. *ETFE film: high-performance fluoropolymer rolled into film form. It is attracting attention as a material that can replace glass for new architectural expression. |
