The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) held a departure ceremony for the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) Yamanote Line AD Train (advertisement charter train) at JR Osaki Station on Wednesday 16 October, with MYAKU-MYAKU, the official character of the Expo and the station master of East Japan Railway Company Osaki station giving the departure signal.
The Expo Yamanote Line AD Train will run from Wednesday, 16 October to Thursday 31 October, approximately six months before the opening of the Expo.
