A little-known story
Event lotteries carried on everyone’s hopes
The biggest challenge in building the MYAKU-MYAKU Rewards Program was the premium experience lottery mechanism. With six lottery periods and rising excitement around the Expo, entries surged. Because participants poured their effort into earning entries, failure was not an option. Through repeated testing and adjustments, we ensured a fair draw every time. We monitored the buzz and expectations on social media daily; completing all draws without issues—and seeing the joy—was our greatest reward.
