On Dec. 2, 2020, Minister for the World Expo 2025 Mr. INOUE Shinji, invited ambassadors and chargés d’affaires ad interim to Tokyo from countries and international organizations (shown below) to his office, where a “Invitation Activities Kickoff” meeting was held regarding the Osaka, Kansai Expo. The meeting took place one day after the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) approved the Registration Dossier at their General Assembly.
Deputy Secretary General Mr. ICHINOKI Manatsu from the Association began the invitation activities for the countries and international organizations in attendance.
