2023.08.10 Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, Advance Sales of Admission Tickets Begin on November 30, 500 Days Before the Opening of the Expo

The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) will begin advance ticket sales for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) on Thursday, November 30, 2023.
In order to attract more people to the Expo, including children who will lead the next generation, the Association has set up many varieties of admission tickets for the Expo, including affordable advance tickets such as opening tickets, first-half period tickets, and super early bird tickets, as well as multiple-entry passes such as summer passes and season passes, group tickets, and more.
Admission tickets can be purchased through the Association’s official ticketing website as well as from businesses with which the Association has concluded a sales business agreement. Details on how to purchase the tickets will be announced on the official website in due course.

How to purchase admission tickets

Admission tickets will be electronic tickets. You can purchase them from your smartphone or computer from the official website or at travel agencies.

Admission ticket types and prices

Many varieties have been set up so that more people can come to the Expo.
・Opening and first-half period tickets to ease congestion in the second half of the Expo period
・Summer pass for multiple admissions for children and families during the summer vacation period
・Season pass that allows you to visit the Expo as many times as you like during the Expo
・Night ticket that makes it easy to visit the Expo after work as the Expo is held in an urban area
・One-day ticket that allows you one admission at any time during the Expo available with super early bird and early bird discount purchases
・Special discount group ticket for school and general groups as well as a special discount ticket for people with disabilities are available

Advance sales will be conducted for tickets listed in the “Tickets sold before the Expo” and “Tickets sold before/during the Expo” sections of the price list below.

※ Age is an individual’s full age(completed years since birth) as of April 1, 2025. Children 3 years old or younger are free of charge.
※ A sale of a limited number of opening tickets and multiple-entry passes is being considered.
