　　The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) and the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Master Licensing Office (hereinafter referred to as the “2025MLO”) hereby announce that the “Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Official Store – Maruzen Kyoto BAL Store” opens on Tuesday, March 19.

　　“EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Official Store – Maruzen Kyoto BAL Store” is the seventh official store of EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) and the first official store in Kyoto.
　　The Maruzen Kyoto BAL store will serve to convey the appeal of the Expo and inspire excitement for the future in many people in Kyoto, an area that attracts many tourists from Japan and abroad.
　　Also, on the opening day, MYAKU-MYAKU, the official character of the Expo, will be welcoming customers to the store and holding a photo session.

Location: Kyoto BAL B2 within the Maruzen Kyoto Main Store (251 Yamazaki-cho, Kawaramachi-dori Sanjo Sagaru, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto City,, Kyoto)
Business hours: 11:00-20:00 (Regular closing days are the same as the Maruzen Kyoto Main Store.)
Floor Area: 28.79m²

The theme of “Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Official Store – Maruzen Kyoto BAL Store” is “Connect – Toward Our Brilliant Future –”. By developing a sales floor that connects people with each other and allows visitors to feel a bright future, we will contribute to building momentum in the Kansai region for the Expo.
