The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) has appointed the joint enterprise of TSP TAIYO Inc. and TOPPAN Inc. to plan and operate visitor services in order to provide “omotenashi” (Japanese hospitality) suitable for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”).
Starting on April 13, 2024, the joint enterprise will take the lead in recruiting staff for the “Expo Service Crew (Tentative Name),” who will be responsible for providing visitor services including services at information centres of Expo venues, ticket inspection at entrance/exit gates, dealing with missing children, lost property handling, pushchair rental services, etc.
The recruitment page will be updated with detailed information, such as uniforms, working conditions, and application qualifications, once recruitment starts.
* The name “EXPO Service Crew” is tentative and subject to change in the future.
