The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) will hold the “Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Construction Tour” on six days between 30 June and 27 October 2024 in cooperation with Nippon Travel Agency Co.,Ltd. These tours will allow visitors to view the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) site construction from car windows and climb up to the 12m high roof of the Grand Ring to get a close-up look at its timber structure and enjoy the view. This is a great opportunity to witness the venue in its construction phase as original, unique buildings are being built.
1. Overview of the event
(1) Tour name: Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Construction Tour
(2) Number of Sessions: 6 times per day (36 times in total)
(3) Capacity: 25 people per session (900 people in total)
(4) Dates: Sunday, 30 June/ Sunday, 28 July/ Sunday, 4 August/ Sunday, 25 August/ Sunday, 29 September/ Sunday, 27 October

(7) Tour Entry Fee:
1,000 yen (tax included) * Domestic travel accident insurance is included.
* English-speaking receptionists are available, but the tours are conducted only in Japanese.
2.Important information:
(1) Applications will open at 10:00 on Saturday, 1 June.
* All the slots for June are now fully booked.
(2) The application period for individual plans starts at 10:00 on the 1st of each month.
* However, for the Sunday, 4 August event only, the application period will start on Monday, 1 July.
(3) All group plans (20 people or more) will start accepting applications from Saturday, 1 June.
(4) Please note that applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
(5) There will be six sessions per day (three individual plans and three group plans.).
*The number of times each day is subject to change due to construction progress, weather, etc.
(6) The seating capacity for both individual and group plans is 25 people per session.
(7) The basic route of the tour is conducted on a tour bus, but may be subject to change due to construction progress, weather, and other factors.
(8) The venue is a construction site. To ensure safety, please ensure that you have read and agreed to the cautions regarding clothing, photography, etc.
