The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition is pleased that it has formulated a Disaster Prevention Implementation Plan to ensure the safety of visitors and all participants and workers involved in Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) from disasters that may occur during the period of the Expo, and to realise an Expo that all visitors, including foreigners, the elderly, children, and people with disabilities, can visit with peace of mind.
In addition, the Basic Plan for Disaster Prevention (First Edition), which was formulated in December 2023, has been partially updated and revised in line with the contents of the Implementation Plan.
