Data of Accidents and Occupational Injuries During Expo Site Construction Work
The following table provides information on the number of accidents and occupational injuries*1 sustained during venue construction work that resulted in four or more days off from work, reported to the Association in March 2025.

Accidents resulting in 4 or more days off from work | Entanglement/ Entrapment | A worker temporarily placed a packaged sheet of glass on the road. It became unbalanced and the worker tried to support the load, but fell over and caught their foot. |
Crash/fall | The worker, while working with a stepladder, lost their footing and fell. (*2) |
*1: Accidents outside the Expo site, such as traffic accidents during material transport, are not counted.
