Art regenerates Life

The Italy Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, designed by MCA – Mario Cucinella Architects, embraces the theme “Art Regenerates Life.” Inspired by the Renaissance Ideal City, it features a theater, portico, piazza, and garden—symbols of Italian urban identity. “Art” refers to “techne,” meaning beauty, creativity, and craftsmanship, qualities for which Italy is renowned. Every day at 6 PM, the theater will host various live performances. Visible from the Grand Ring, Italy Pavilion is a true gallery of wonders, that offers original work of arts where Farnese Atlas is at its centre, with also Tintoretto’s, Caravaggio’s and other masterpieces showcased.
