Shaping a New Balkans with the Memories of Skopje

Located on the Balkan Peninsula in Southeastern Europe, North Macedonia is a land where ancient traditions and modern aspirations coexist.
Once a Republic of former Yugoslavia, the country declared its independence in 1991.
The pavilion includes exhibits of its rich cultural heritage and forward-looking vision, TANGE Kenzo’s design for Skopje, and Mother Teresa as a symbol of universal humanity.
Visitors can also enjoy stunning videos on sustainable tourism, as well as gamified experiences and various handicrafts.
