Reports
【Reflection】
This program highlighted the importance of dialogue in
advancing DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) amidst
global backlash. "Inclusion x Academia" showcased
university initiatives, emphasizing the value of
student-faculty discussions. "Inclusion x
Technology" explored technology's role in
communication, disability support, and AI bias, offering new
perspectives. The diverse audience, from students to corporate
officers, deepened their understanding of DE&I through
valuable discussions, recognizing biases and gaining
insights.
【Post EXPO Initiatives】
Through dialogue among diverse individuals, this program
fostered new perspectives and solutions for DE&I. Future
efforts aim to deepen these initiatives through continued
discussion, transcending organizational boundaries to share
best practices. Encouraging open communication and expanding
DE&I training within organizations is crucial. By adapting
to evolving social conditions and incorporating new ideas,
this program can drive lasting, positive change towards a
society that values diversity.
