Reports
【Reflection】
In this programme, each speaker shared their perspectives on
women's advancement in society, the conflicts encountered
when creating or launching something, and the solutions found,
from past, present, and future viewpoints.
Discussions within the programme about cultural differences
between countries, and differing perspectives arising from
individual personalities and character traits, provided new
discoveries and insights. Questions from male attendees were
raised, and the programme was structured so that every
participant could relate to the content personally, regardless
of gender distinctions.
【Post EXPO Initiatives】
Based on their own experiences and the values of their
respective countries, the three speakers discussed the
conflicts that accompany “creating” and “launching” something,
and their approaches to overcoming those conflicts. They
talked about the position of women in society, and the
audience gained new insights and discoveries by learning about
the differences in their perspectives. After the EXPO, Through
such talk sessions, we will continue to promote mutual
understanding among people of different cultures and values,
with the aim of bringing about a change in social awareness.
