In order to make the Expo 2020 Dubai and the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai successful, The Japan Association for 2025 World Exposition and Bureau Expo Dubai 2020 agreed to cooperate and signed a cooperation agreement.
We would like to work on preparations for the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, while promoting practical cooperation with the Dubai Expo and referring to the experiences of the Dubai Expo.

Overview of agreement

In order to make the Expo 2020 Dubai and the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai successful, The Japan Association for 2025 World Exposition and Bureau Expo Dubai 2020 agreed to cooperate and share knowledge as followings:
　* to share knowledge and provide support and advisory services to Dubai Expo and Expo Osaka, Kansai in the best interest of delivering the World Expo 2020 in Dubai and 2025 in Osaka.
　* to hold periodical meetings at the practical level
　* to keep confidentiality of information etc.

Remarks

In order to foster an opportunity to exhibit at the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, the Association held Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai reception in Dubai on the same day of an International Participants Meeting (IPM) where the exhibiting countries meet together one year before the Expo 2020 Dubai.
