The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition announces that it is soliciting proposals for the “Staff Uniforms” as the Expo Site Operation Participation (the 3rd recruitment).
From the perspective of diversity, regardless of occupation or gender, the staff uniforms to be worn at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, will adopt materials that are sustainable, functional, durable in line with the theme and concept of the Expo, and that are environmentally friendly, as the Expo will be held under the theme of the SDGs. The Association plans to provide uniforms for the diverse range of people involved in the Expo to work and move easily.
In order to make the Expo even more attractive and to create a comfortable site for all visitors, the Association invites for the Expo Site Operation Participation by sponsoring facilities, goods, and services necessary for site operation.
The specific content of sponsorship for Expo site operation participation will be decided after communications between the Association and the companies and/ or organizations that have applied for the proposal.
Staff uniforms (Materials, accessories, production and operation are recruited.)
Friday, October 28 2022: Announcement of application guidelines and start of acceptance of sponsorship proposals
Friday, December 2, 2022: Deadline for accepting questions
Friday, December 9, 2022: Deadline for submission of sponsorship proposal
After the middle of December 2022: Individual hearings on the sponsorship proposal
After January 2023 (tentative): Notification of the result of sponsorship acceptance, conclusion of sponsorship contract, announcement of sponsor’s name (sequentially)

①Full dress uniform (Information service attendants, VIP/interpretation staff, staff of the Association)
② Operation staff (staff of the Association, operation staff)

*The design of the uniforms will be recruited publicly and will be determined around the spring of 2023.
