2023.05.30 Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan “International Planning Meeting 2023 Spring” To Be Held

The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) will host the “Spring 2023 International Planning Meeting ” (hereinafter referred to as “IPM”) on June 6.
This international meeting aims to provide various information regarding pavilion exhibitions to foreign governments and international organisations that plan or consider to participate in Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”). This IPM is held for foreign governments and international organisations that plan to exhibit either a Type B pavilion, which is a Module Pavilion or Type C, which is a Shared Pavilion. The representatives from various countries, regions and international organisations will attend the meetings. The Association will give a wide range of information regarding how to proceed with the preparation of the construction of the interiors and exteriors of the pavilions and the exhibitions, the preparation of the operation of the pavilions as well as planning of the virtual Expo. The day after the meeting, the on-site visit, including Yumeshima, the Expo site, is also planned to deepen the understanding of the Osaka and Kansai region.
With the aim that this IPM will serve as an opportunity to further accelerate preparations for the exhibition, the Association will continuously proceed to support foreign governments and international organisations.
