The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) held an appreciation event for the sponsors of ”Expo Site Development Participation and Expo Site Operation Participation” on August 22.
The appreciation event was held for the first time after the recruitment started for sponsors of Expo Site Development Participation and Expo Site Operation Participation. 52 out of the 67 sponsors whose sponsorships were approved by August 1, 2023 participated in this event, and a presentation ceremony was held to present them with a Certificate of Appreciation. After the ceremony, a sponsors networking event was held in a room where the sponsored products were exhibited and a Yumeshima site visit was also conducted.
Many small and medium-sized companies have participated in the sponsorship of Expo Site Development Participation and Expo Site Operation Participation, and the Association continuously receives questions and applications from a wide range of companies and organizations.

■About the Expo Site Development Participation and Expo Site Operation Participation
For the Expo site development participation and Expo Site Operation Participation, the Association is asking for sponsorship for a variety of goods and services, encouraging small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as other small businesses and organizations to participate. Applications for sponsorship of Expo Site Development Participation (the 2nd recruitment) and Expo Site Operation Participation (the 5th recruitment) are now open until October 11, 2023.
