MYAKU-MYAKU, the official character of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, became the store manager for a day!
The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) and the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Master Licensing Office (hereinafter referred to as the “2025MLO”) announce that the “Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Official Store – Abeno Harukas Store” opened on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, as the first official store.
The theme of the first official store “Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Official Store – Abeno Harukas Store” is “family.” The “Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Official Store” not only sells official licensed products, including products featuring MYAKU-MYAKU―the official character of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) – but also disseminates a variety of information about the Expo as a contact point between the Expo and everyone. It aims to become a store where many people will eagerly await and can look forward to the opening of the Expo.
At the opening ceremony, ISHIGE Hiroyuki, Secretary General of the Association, YOSHIMURA Hirofumi, Deputy Chairperson of the Association, and AKITA Takuji, President/Executive Officer of Kintetsu Department Store, took the stage to introduce the appeal and role of the official store.
