The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) signed a publicity and promotion sponsorship agreement with Keihan Holdings Co.,Ltd. (Osaka, Representative Director & President, COO: ISHIMARU Masahiro). Keihan Electric Railway Co., Ltd.（Osaka, Representative Director & President: HIRAKAWA Yoshihiro）is registered as a group company of Keihan Holdings Co.,Ltd.
As the first initiative since the agreement was concluded, Keihan Holdings Co.,Ltd. and Keihan Electric Railway Co., Ltd. will operate Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan theme-wrapped trains from Thursday, November 30, 2023, 500 days before the opening of the Expo, to build momentum for the Expo. One 8000-series train and one 3000-series train, which are mainly used as limited express and rapid express trains, will be wrapped, and design posters of the Expo will also be displayed in the advertising spaces inside the 3000-series train.

8000-series train: From Thursday, November 30, 2023 to October 2025 (planned)
3000-series train: From Saturday, January 20, 2024 to October 2025 (planned)

Keihan Main Line and Oto Line (From Yodoyabashi to Demachiyanagi)
Nakanoshima Line (From Temmabashi and Nakanoshima)
▽ Trains to be wrapped
8000-series train (No. 8007-8057, 8 cars), 1 train
3000-series train (No. 3005-3055, 8 cars), 1 train
A total of 2 trains
※ 7 cars except the premium car (6th car) on both of the trains above will be wrapped.
※ The wrapped trains are scheduled to run even after the Expo ends until the wrapping is removed.
