On 7 December 2023, the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) will begin accepting applications from business operators to sell licensed products at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) venue.
“The Official Stores for Officially Licensed Products” will sell only officially licensed products such as MYAKU-MYAKU plush toys, keyrings, pin badges and confectionery that use the logo, characters and other IP (rights) of the Expo. The four official stores to be recruited this time will be the two stores in front of the East Gate and the two stores in front of the West Gate, which being close to the gates of the Expo venue, will be seen by visitors when they enter and leave.
The operators will be selected from this round of recruitment in late February 2024.

■ Application Details
・Businesses to operate the official stores for officially licensed products at the Expo site.
*These stores will sell only officially licensed products using IP such as the Expo’s logo marks and character.
・Two shops in front of the East Gate and two shops in front of the West Gate (four shops in total), which visitors will pass through when entering and exiting the gate.

　・Resource recycling and a sustainable approach to human rights to achieve the SDGs.
　・Well-being efforts to promote health and welfare.
