The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) will collaborate with the Osaka Restaurant Association (Naniwa-ku, Osaka; Representative: Kanji NAKAI Kanji; hereinafter referred to as “ORA”), exhibitor of the private sector pavilion ‘ORA Restaurant Pavilion “Banquet – UTAGE”’, to launch a campaign on the Expo 2025 Digital Wallet.
The campaign will utilise the new “Token Discovery Programme” feature of the “Connect” business collaboration service to encourage people to visit various ORA member restaurants in the Osaka and Kansai region with the goal of creating new fans and repeat customers.
Users can enter a draw for special NFT* coupons and goods that can be used at each restaurant. New projects will also be developed during the campaign period.
* NFT (Non-Fungible Token): Irreplaceable digital data created based on a blockchain. This rally will use SBT (Soul Bound Token), a type of NFT technology that cannot be tampered with and cannot be transferred to another party. This is expected to be a new technology that can be used for participation certificates, etc.
▽ Outline of the third collaboration campaign

Phase 1: Osaka Restaurant Tour Rally Campaign

Phase 2: Commemorative Campaign 200 days to the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan
Wednesday, 25 September 2024 – Friday 25 October 2024
*Note: Phase 3 onwards will be announced separately.
(2)How to use the service
STEP 1: Scan the 2D code (QR code) installed in each shop to obtain a store-specific badge SBT*1 and a token*2 (DISCOVERY TREASURE TOKEN, hereinafter referred to as “DTT”) for the lottery.
STEP 2: When you visit the same again you can present your badge SBT to the shop employee to access the different benefits available at each shop.
STEP 3: By accumulating DTTs, you can participate in a lottery to win coupon SBTs that can be used at other ORA member restaurants and special merchandise lotteries.
*1 Badge SBT: SBTs issued in connection with membership SBTs (details below), which can be earned by visiting the campaign’s target shops and restaurants and scanning the QR code.
*2 Tokens: digitally redeemable digital items issued on the blockchain.

* Membership SBT: An SBT that acts as a digital membership card, one membership card is issued to each user who registers for the service. There are a total of five levels of ORA membership SBTs, with each two badge SBTs earned increasing the level.
(4)How to use the benefits.
Coupon SBTs for ORA member shops and restaurants can be used by presenting them to an employee at the respective participating shop and tapping ‘Use’ on the SBT confirmation screen.
For the prizes of Admission Tickets to the Expo, MYAKU-PE! gifts worth JPY￥1,000, and EXPO2025 Digital Wallet special goods (neck pillow), the winners will be informed via email to the email address registered to their EXPO2025 Digital Wallet at a later date.
About MYAKU-PE!: the MYAKU-PE! gift can only be used to recharge MYAKU-PE!, which is installed in the EXPO2025 Digital Wallet. Please see the following URL for notes on the gift.
