The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) will launch the “EXPO 2025 Visitors” service, the official application and website for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”), on 18 September, 2024.
This service will provide visitors with a variety of information on the Expo pavilions, restaurants, events, etc., enabling them to experience the attractions of the Expo and build momentum in the run up to the opening. The information provided will be expanded as the opening approaches to ensure a comfortable Expo experience.

■　“EXPO 2025 Visitors” service overview
　　“EXPO 2025 Visitors” is the official app and web service for the Expo. It consolidates and introduces many Expo-related services, including various facilities such as pavilions and restaurants. It also has a map function that allows you to quickly find your current location. More useful functions will be added and existing functions improved in the future.

■　Main functions  * The information provided on EXPO 2025 Visitors will be updated as necessary.
　・Venue map
　　Users can easily search for all the facilities at the venue, including pavilions, food and beverage facilities, toilets, etc. The map also shows where you are in the venue, so you can get around without getting lost, even if it is your first visit to the venue.

• Pavilion Information
  Users can narrow down their search by exhibit area, location within the venue, pavilion features, and accessibility features. The information on each pavilion contains all the necessary information including an exhibition summary, opening hours, reservation information, and notices.

・Event Information
　Users can easily search for events by keywords, date, and event features. The information for each event includes all the necessary information, including an event overview, opening time, reservation information, performers, a map of the event location, etc.

• Merchandise and shopping information　
  Users can search for merchandise and shops, including convenience stores at the venue, official stores selling official licenced goods and souvenir shops in different countries, by features, location, payment methods, etc.

　　　　 Users can search for restaurants and other eateries run by Official Participants and private companies by location, characteristics, allergy-friendly menus etc. Information about the menus, payment methods, limited-edition menu items etc. will also be available in the future.

　　　●　Service and support information
This section provides useful information in case visitors lose something in the venue or experience an issue that they need assistance with.

  Users can receive the latest news and event information in real time.
  
• Emergency information notification
  In the event of a disaster, fire or other emergency at the venue, evacuation information and other information will be provided to visitors via push notification and on-screen display.
