The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) is pleased to announce that YUCHAMI and YUICHAMI have been appointed as Special Supporters, thus becoming part of a group of supporters of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) who lend their support with promotional activities. (Appointed on 12 October, 2024)
YUCHAMI and YUICHAMI, hail from Higashi-Osaka City. The older sister YUCHAMI is a model and appears in variety shows and TV dramas. YUICHAMI, the younger sister, is a model for the fashion magazine “egg”, and also appears in variety TV shows and dramas in addition to her modelling activities. The sisters are active as representatives of GenZ and liven up every occasion with their strong Osaka dialect.
They will lend their support with various promotional activities for the Expo both domestically and internationally.

[YUCHAMI ＆ YUICHAMI]
YUCHAMI : Born in HIGASHI-OSAKA City, Osaka, 175 cm tall.
　　　　　She is active as a TV personality, model, and actress.
　　　　　She started her career as a TV personality in around 2020 and has since appeared on numerous variety shows, gaining support from people of various ages. YUCHAMI also makes numerous appearances in advertisements and various events outside of TV.
YUICHAMI : Born in HIGASHI-OSAKA City, Osaka, 163 cm tall.
　　　　　 She is active as a TV personality, model, and actress.
　　　　　 She appeared in ABEMA’s reality show “Today, I’ve fallen in love with you” from April 2022. Since then, she has gained tremendous support from young people, mainly teenagers, and has become a representative of teenage women in various media.

YUCHAMI：
Since I was little, I had learnt about the Expo in class and was aware that it was an amazing event that attracted attention from all over the world.
I was first surprised that such an event would be held in my hometown of Osaka, and then I was honoured to be appointed as a special supporter together with my sister!
Join us in getting excited for this event that the whole world is looking forward to!！

YUICHAMI：
The last Expo, EXPO 2005, Aichi, Japan was held in 2005, which is when I was born, so I feel an affinity with the Expo!
I’m really happy to have been appointed as a special supporter with my sister for such a big event that I feel so close to, and I’m really looking forward to visiting the venue!
I can’t wait to experience the latest technology from all over the world, coming from different countries!

■  What is a “Special Supporter”?
Special Supporters is a group of supporters for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan made up of people, groups, characters, etc. with many fans that can use their influence to convey the appeal and philosophy of the Expo.
The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition will continue to increase the number of people interested in the Expo by having various people join as Special Supporters.
