On Saturday, 12 October 2024, in order to build momentum for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”), the “Ame-mura EXPO –6 Months to go to Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan –“opened to provide an opportunity for young people in their teens to 30s who are social media savvy to share on social media. This event is being held for three days from Saturday, 12 October to Monday, to 14 October across the entire America-mura area, the centre of youth culture in Kansai, centred on Shinsaibashi Big Step and Triangle Park, etc., and organised by the Ame-mura EXPO Executive Committee.
Events include a presentation introducing the attractions of the Expo, live performances, dance shows by popular artists, and Expo-themed graffiti art, etc..
There is also Ticket Information to find out how to purchase tickets for the Expo, for which visit date and time bookings start on 13 October, and a booth where visitors can buy goods of MYAKU-MYAKU, the official character of the Expo.
The attraction of the Expo is being transmitted from America-mura to create a movement among the younger generation
