The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Publicity and Promotion Sponsorship Agreement (PR Partner) with TOKYU RAILWAYS Co., Ltd.
TOKYU RAILWAYS Co., Ltd will operate the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Theme PR Train from Tuesday, 12 November 2024. The train to be wrapped is a single 5050 Series train (8 cars) used on the Tōyoko Line, as well as the Yokohama MinatoMirai Railway Minatomirai Line and Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line, which operate through services with the Tōyoko Line.

The train will promote Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”), which will be held from Sunday, 13 April to Monday 13 October 2025 on Yumeshima Island, Osaka. The design features stickers of MYAKU-MYAKU, the Expo’s official character  and images of the completed venue on the side of the train doors.
