The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) will invite applications for sponsor exhibits for the “Tourism Booths” to be set up at the “Festival Station” event facility at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”).
The Tourism Booths are set up with the aim of providing visitors with information on the attractions of various regions of Japan and the new value of tourism to attract visitors to each region (creating links between people and regions). They are designed to create new tourism value and provide an opportunity to build the future of regional exchange. A variety of entities, including companies and organizations, are welcome to exhibit.

▽ Application period: Thursday, 21 November 2024 ~ until all exhibition slots are filled *Applications received up until 23:59 (JST) on Friday, 20 December 2024 will be evaluated and notified of acceptance or rejection by the end of January 2025.
▽ How to apply. Please submit the following three items to the Secretariat via email: (1) Exhibition application proposal form (PowerPoint file: 109KB)(Japanese) (ii) Confidentiality pledge (Word file: 26KB)(Japanese) (iii) Pledge of the Ordinance on the Elimination of Organised Crime Groups (Word file: 80KB)(Japanese)
Note: Please prepare and attach the PowerPoint data for (1) and PDF data converted from completed and stamped forms for (2) and (3). In addition to these, please submit the original forms for (2) and (3) separately to the application address below.

▽ Examples of exhibition content: ・Promotion of local (wide-area and specific area) tourist attractions and local traditional and special products. ・Introduction and promotion of tourism-related environmental protection and sustainability initiatives. ・Exhibitions of tourism-related products and services with a target audience in mind (e.g. railways, traditional crafts, Japanese pop culture, etc.). ・Introduction of tourism related to sports tourism, gastronomy tourism, etc. ・Exhibitions that evoke ‘future travel’ (space travel, new forms of transport/accommodation, etc.) ・Introduction of initiatives to improve convenience for travellers and promote sightseeing tours through the promotion of Tourism DX, etc.
▽Other information: ・The more slots and dates you apply for, the more likely you are to be selected. ・The location of the exhibitor’s booth will be decided by the Association, taking into consideration the content of the exhibition. ・Booth size (internal dimensions): 2,890 mm x 2,890 mm x 2,920 mm high.
