2025.02.10 New Key Visuals for the Opening of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan  Featuring the Grand Ring Released!

The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) is pleased to announce that it has created new key visuals for the run-up to the opening of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”). The visuals express the appeal of the Expo site with a flair for design featuring the Grand Ring, which is the symbol of the Expo site and one of the largest wooden structures in the world.

The Grand Ring, conceived by architect and Expo Site Design Producer FUJIMOTO Sou, is the symbol of the Expo site and represents the site’s design philosophy of “Unity in Diversity”. The new key visuals highlight the beauty, scale, and presence of the Grand Ring and will be used on signage and posters in major railway stations, commercial facilities and towns throughout Japan to promote the attraction of the Expo site.
