The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) is pleased to announce that EXPO2025 Digital Wallet’s e-money “MYAKU-PE!” MPM* payments can be used in 529 stores (39 companies) nationwide. A special campaign will be held at participating stores for users to earn experience points (exp) for the MYAKU-MYAKU Reward Programme.
In addition, with the support of GENDA GiGO Entertainment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “GiGO”), a digital wallet promotion event will be held in Akihabara to build momentum in the run up to Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”).
* Merchant Presented Mode payments: The customer scans a QR code displayed by the merchant to make a payment.

① MPM Participating Stores Campaign
If you pay with “MYAKU-PE!” during the campaign period at the 529 participating stores (39 companies) nationwide that accept “MYAKU-PE!” MPM payments, you can earn exp for the “MYAKU-MYAKU Reward Program” that will give you special benefits at the Expo site.
Campaign Period: Friday, 28 March 2025 to Friday, 30 May 2025
Participating Stores: 529 stores nationwide accepting “MYAKU-PE!” MPM payments.

Benefits: Earn 3,000 exp with your first MPM payment, and earn 2,000 exp for payments of JPP ¥500 or more

② Expo Promotional Video Screened at GiGO Osaka Dotonbori Main Store
The charms of the Expo will be promoted at Dotonbori.
Start Date: Monday, 14 April 2025
Location: GiGO Osaka Dotonbori main store (Kansai flagship store which opened in August 2024)
Content: A promotional video for the “EXPO2025 Digital Wallet” will be shown on the outdoor screen.

③ “MYAKU-N! Rally” Experience Event
A “MYAKU-N! Rally” will be held in cooperation with the stores accepting “MYAKU-PE!” and the two GiGO stores in Akihabara. This is an event where you can experience the EXPO2025 Digital Wallet’s “MYAKU-PE!” (e-money) and “MYAKU-N! (NFTs)” in Akihabara. GiGO’s two Akihabara stores will be sponsoring the rally goal and other events.
Period: Friday, 28 March 2025 to Sunday, 30 March 2025
