The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) provides information about Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) on its official website (hereinafter referred to as “the Official Website”).

Please note that these Terms of Use were written in Japanese. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese version and any translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
The Association may change the content of these Terms of Use without prior notice. If changes are made, the Association will publish the revised Terms of Use on the Official Website and update the revision date.
All intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademark rights, and all other rights; hereinafter referred to as “Intellectual Property Rights”) pertaining to content such as text, images, audio, video, audiovisual materials, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) published on the Official Website, regardless of purpose, are the intellectual property of the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) or the owners listed in the credits.
Users of the Official Website (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) may use the Official Website and download and print the Content only within the scope permitted by these Terms of Use and relevant laws and regulations. Reproduction, sale, publication, distribution, modification, or display of the Official Website or Content is prohibited without the Association’s prior permission. Furthermore, infringement, dilution, removal, or alteration of any intellectual property rights of the owners of any intellectual property or credits listed on the Official Website is prohibited. Unless specifically requested by the Association, proposals regarding new designs, advertising, marketing, etc. including ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, names, and other submissions shall be handled by the Association as follows:
The Association shall not be obligated to become involved in disputes between users and third parties. The Official Website, these Terms of Use, and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed exclusively by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court in Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising in connection with the Official Website or these Terms of Use. Any legal proceedings related to a dispute must be instituted no later than one year after the cause of action arises.
These Terms of Use will come into effect on 25 December 2025.
