Good morning, future.

Morning has come.
Just like always, morning has come.

As of last night (13 October),
the Expo drew to a close.
Over 184 days, more than 25 million people visited.
Thank you very much.

Indeed, the Expo has ended.
And yet, we also believe this:
The Expo continues.
Within each and every one of us,
it lives on, taking many different forms.

Not only in something grand
like big ideas or innovations.
It can be the simple truths we noticed:
across the seas are many nations,
each with its own diverse cultures and values;
what we take for granted isn’t always so;
though the challenges are many,
there’s also just as much hope to overcome them;

both humanity and the world
still have so much more room to grow.
If a feeling you never had before
has truly taken root within you,
then this morning, and the next,
can surely become the beginning of a completely new direction.

Morning is here.
Familiar, yet somehow new.
So we offer these words:

Good morning, to your future.

Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai,
Japan is now closed.
Thank you all so much.
