The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) invites exhibitors to participate in the “Women’s Pavilion (tentative name)”, which was announced in the revised action plan compiled by the Cabinet Secretariat’s Headquarters for the World Expo 2025
The Women’s Pavilion is set up to create opportunities to think together with the world towards the realisation of an inclusive society, where visitors can feel hope and happiness regardless of gender.
The companies and organisations participating in the exhibition will plan, design, and construct the main building in cooperation with the Government and the Association, as well as exhibit and stage exhibitions based on the Government’s policy on gender equality measures and the progress of gender theory around the world.
■ Outline of Application
After the application deadline, the submitted documents will be reviewed in consultation with the Government. The companies and organisations to participate in the exhibition (exhibitor participants) will be selected after August this year.
■ Exhibit locations
The exhibition site (less than 2,000 m2) is located next to the Grand Ring and the Japan Pavilion at the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan site.

Friday, 1 July 2022: Application guidelines announced. Applications and questions accepted
Friday, 8 July 2022: Questions deadline (at 17:00)
Friday, 29 July 2022: Application deadline
After late August 2022: Exhibitors selected
After mid-September 2022: Exhibition participation agreements signed
