The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as the Association) has opened “EXPO 2025 OSAKA, KANSAI, JAPAN Master Licensing Office (2025MLO) (hereinafter referred to as the 2025MLO) ” on December 12. The 2025MLO will conduct licensing business utilizing the Association’s intellectual property (Association IP) for the planning, production, and sales of various products using the official logo and official character MYAKU-MYAKU, etc.
The 2025MLO will begin recruiting “sub-licensee companies” which manufacture and sell a variety of products, such as MYAKU-MYAKU plush toys, key chains, towels, and will start manufacturing and selling products in 2023 sequentially.
Through this project, the Association will promote the attractiveness of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan and help build nationwide momentum for the event.
In addition to planning, production and sales of licensed products and their management, the 2025MLO also acts as an agent to approve the use of intellectual property (Association IP), conducts public relations, advertising and sales promotion activities, and develops and manages stores and sales shops for licensed products (official sales shops inside and outside the site and official e-commerce sites).

2) From the afternoon of December 14, the application requirements are available and the application form can be downloaded from the official 2025MLO website. Please fill out the application form and send it to the inquiry office by e-mail.
