The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) and Asia and Pacific Trade Center Co., Ltd (Osaka, President: KIMURA Shigeru) have concluded a cooperation agreement. In preparation for the implementation of Theme Weeks at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”), we have concluded a cooperation agreement for the purpose of joint collaboration in operational preparations, publicity and promotional efforts, building excitement for the Expo, organizing events, and other related activities.

1. Title of the agreement: Cooperation Agreement Between the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition and Asia and Pacific Trade Center Co., Ltd
2. Date of conclusion: Friday, February 2, 2024
3. Counterpart: Asia and Pacific Trade Center Co., Ltd
4. Objectives: To mutually collaborate in operational preparations, publicity and advertising activities, building excitement for the Expo, organizing events and other related activities for the successful implementation of Theme Weeks.
5. Major content of the cooperation
   The Association will position Asia and Pacific Trade Center Co., Ltd as a “Program Supporter” for the Association’s “Theme Weeks” and will collaborate to implement programs through the respective departments in charge.
   (1) Utilization of facilities owned by Asia and Pacific Trade Center Co., Ltd for conducting Theme Weeks
   ・Providing locations for the implementation of Theme Weeks hosted by the Association
   (2) Disseminating information, raising awareness, and building excitement for Theme Weeks
   (3) Cooperation in the mutual provision of relevant information related to Theme Weeks
   (4) Any other matters deemed necessary by both parties for the smooth implementation of Theme Weeks and the Expo
