Winners of the first round of the “MYAKU-MYAKU PON!” present campaign for ticket purchasers for EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) were sent winning notifications at around 12pm on Tuesday, 9 July. However, we encountered an issue that prevented customers encountered an issue that prevented them from loading their winning prize of “MYAKU-PE!.” (digital money) onto their EXPO2025 Digital Wallet app. This is because there was an error in the maximum amount setting in the system for loading “MYAKU-PE!” onto the EXPO2025 Digital Wallet. We would like to inform you that the issue had been resolved as of 3pm  on 9 July, and the service is now functioning normally.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to the winning customers.

Incident
When the winners enteredtheir prize of “MYAKU-PE!,” sent to them by the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition, into the EXPO2025 Digital Wallet app and pressed “Confirm Charge,” a “Charge Error” screen was displayed and the “MYAKU-PE!” prize could not be loaded onto their EXPO2025 Digital Wallet.

Cause
An error in the maximum amount setting in the system for loading “MYAKU-PE!” onto the EXPO2025 Digital Wallet.
