On Thursday, 3 October 2024, the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) held the third general assembly meeting of the Momentum Fostering Committee, which was established to further increase nationwide interest in, willingness to visit, and participation in Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”).

The status of activities based on the ‘Action Plan for Building Momentum ver. 2’ formulated at the 3rd General Assembly Meeting in April this year and the policy for future initiatives were explained, and opinions were exchanged on initiatives to further build momentum for the opening of the Expo in six months’ time.

  The Association also presented a slideshow for digital signage, including the new key visuals already released, and two videos for TV commercials, in preparation for the start of booking visitor dates and times from 13 October, six months before the opening of the Expo.

In addition to the above, new posters, stickers and desktop POP triangular poles will be widely used in Japan and abroad, and the latest information on the pavilions and events will be disseminated in a timely manner via the official website of the Expo and official SNS, to further build momentum for the opening of the Expo, which is just in six months’ time.
