The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition has published the fifth edition of “The Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Specific Policy on Visitor Transportation (Action Plan)” as a specific policy to ensure the safe and smooth arrival of visitors during Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.

This Specific Policy (Fifth Edition) has been revised based on the discussions and results compiled by the Council for Visitor Transportation Measures for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan established in July 2021, with academic experts, relevant organisations, and businesses on issues, etc. raised in the Specific Policy (Forth Edition) published in July 2024. The revision was approved at the 7th meeting of the Council (held on 10 December, 2024).

The Specific Policy (Fifth Edition) will be the final version, and training and operational tests will be carried out based on this edition to ensure safe and smooth visitor transport during the Expo.
