The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition has published the fourth edition of “The Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Specific Policy on Visitor Transportation (Action Plan)” as a specific policy to ensure the safe and smooth arrival of visitors during Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
This Specific Policy (Fourth Edition) has been revised based on the discussions and results compiled by the Council for Visitor Transportation Measures for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan established in July 2021, with academic experts, relevant organisations and businesses on issues, etc. raised in the Specific Policy (Third Edition) published in November 2023. The revision was approved at the 6th meeting of the Council (held on 19 July, 2024).
Based on this Specific Policy (Fourth Edition), the Council will continue to make adjustments and revise it every six months, with the Fifth (final) Edition scheduled to be published in the winter of 2024.
