The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) has started accepting proposals for sponsors to participate in Expo Site operation (7th round of recruitment) (air transport support) at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”).
The Association believes that cooperation from various companies and organisations is essential to make Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan more attractive and to realise the theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives”.
For this reason, the Association is inviting proposals from companies and organisations for the Expo in a variety of frameworks, including pavilion exhibits, Thematic Project sponsorship, Future Society Showcase projects, etc. so that companies and organisations can realise even wider participation in the Expo than in previous Expositions.
As part of Expo site operation participation, the Association is now inviting applications for the provision of the necessary funds to facilitate smooth air transport of those involved in the Expo.
To contribute to the achievement of the SDGs at the Expo, the Association aims to manage the environmental and social impacts and operate the Expo in a sustainable manner. The Association invites participation from companies and organisations that align with this policy.
▽ Recruitment Details
Funding (air transport costs for related persons/parties)
Funds will be used to cover air transport and other expenses for the Association, participating countries/regions, and related organisations to visit the Expo site. The Association will purchase tickets from the sponsors who have provided funds for air transport.

Monday 23 December 2024: Application guidelines published, and sponsorship applications open.
After receipt of application forms: Individual hearings on sponsorship applications conducted.
Friday 28 February 2025: Deadline for submission of sponsorship application forms.
