We address cases related to business and human rights issues that conflict or are suspected of conflicting with the international standards such as the International Bill of Human Rights and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, as well as the Human Rights Policy of the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition.

You can report anonymously without disclosing personal information including your name. We respect the privacy of the reporting party and maintain strict confidentiality. The reported contents will be handled appropriately by dedicated staff of the Sustainability Bureau in charge, and necessary action will be taken.

The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against those who make a report. The reporting party will not be disadvantaged due to reporting.
