2025.06.29 Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Surpasses 10 Million Visitors!


The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) is pleased to announce that the number of visitors to Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”) reached ten million on 30 June, 79 days after the opening (on 29 June, 78 days after the opening.)

A ceremony was held to mark the achievement at the Future Life Village near the West Gate. At the beginning of the ceremony, ISHIGE Hiroyuki, Secretary General of the Association (Deputy Secretary General of the Association TAKASHINA Jun), gave an address. He expressed his gratitude for the more than ten million visitors and introduced ways to enjoy the Expo in the coming summer vacation season.

At the ceremony, the ten-millionth visitor was the first to stamp the limited edition commemorative stamp created to mark the achievement of ten million visitors and celebrated together with the official character MYAKU-MYAKU. As a commemorative gift, the visitor received official merchandise and a Summer Pass, which allows multiple entries between 19 July and 31 August, to enable them to enjoy summer at the Expo to the fullest.

The limited edition commemorative stamp celebrating the achievement of ten million visitors will be available at the TEAM EXPO Pavilion (L03 on the Official Map) in the Future Life Zone near the West gate from the day after the milestone is reached until Tuesday, 15 July.
