– Handling of Personal Belongings
In crowded areas of the Expo site, there is a possibility of accidentally bumping into other visitors with items such as parasols and folding chairs and causing unexpected accidents or injuries. So, please take care when using such items and be considerate of those around you.
Please also note that there may be periods of strong wind on the Expo site. Be sure to secure parasols and other items so that they are not blown away.
– Preventing Lost Persons
We recommend agreeing on a meeting point with your group members in advance in case you get separated. Take photos of your group members’ outfit’s is also recommended as it can help staff quickly identify and locate them if they become lost.
