The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exhibition has received reports of pavilion staff being photographed or filmed without their consent.
Unauthorised photography or filming may infringe upon the privacy or portrait rights of staff or other visitors. We kindly request visitors to refrain from such actions. When taking photos or videos, please follow the pavilion’s instructions or obtain the individual’s consent.
Additionally, there have been reports of visitors physically touching pavilion staff or persistently following and speaking to them.
These actions are strictly prohibited and may also constitute a violation of criminal laws, so please refrain from engaging in any behaviour under any circumstances.

There have been reports of individuals not complying with guidance or instructions given by pavilion staff.
Failing to follow staff directions, cutting into queues, lingering in restricted areas, or using abusive language or behaviour toward staff constitutes prohibited conduct and may also be a violation of criminal laws so please refrain from engaging in such behaviour under any circumstances.
In cases of particularly malicious conduct, you may be denied entry may be denied or removed from the Expo site in accordance with the terms and conditions below.
