On 26 August 2025, the EXPO2025 Digital Ticket Site was disrupted due to the use of tools that attempted excessive automated access with the aim of making on-site registrations (reservations) for pavilions and events. In response, the Association immediately suspended the Expo ID and ticket ID of the perpetrator in accordance with the Expo ID Terms of Service and the EXPO 2025 Official Digital Ticket Sales and Reservation Website Terms of Use.
If any further incidents of disruption to the operation of this site are detected, the Association will suspend the perpetrator’s Expo ID and ticket ID and take appropriate action as necessary. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the smooth operation of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
