Thank you for visiting Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Expo”).
As the Expo progresses, an increasing number of visitors have been lining up in front of the East and West Gates from early in the morning before the Expo site opens.
This trend has been particularly increasing since mid-August.
There are not enough security guards and staff stationed at the East and West Entrance Plazas before the Expo site opens, especially in the early morning, and first-aid stations are still closed. Unlike after the Expo site opens, this is not an environment where we can ensure the safety of our visitors.
We ask that you refrain from queuing to enter from early in the morning before the first public transport departures and before the Transportation Terminals open and instead arrive at your reserved entry time.
