The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) is pleased to announce that the first round of bidding for the second auction for private sector companies and individuals for the reuse of fixtures and equipment will open on Monday 8 December 2025. The items to be listed include three MYAKYU-MYAKU statues (made of FRP) and approximately 250 other items.
In addition to the “MYAKU-ICHI!” website, this auction will also be conducted through Yahoo! Auctions. A list of the items to be auctioned will be posted ahead of the call on the MYAKU-ICHI! “Reuse of Fixtures and Equipment” website.
“EXPO CIRCULAR MARKET MYAKU-ICHI!” is a service that matches the supply and demand for the relocation and reuse of facilities, building materials, equipment, supplies, etc. from the Expo site. Through this service, the Association is working to promote the reuse of facilities and equipment throughout the country in the future, as well as to reduce industrial waste, and realise a circular economy.
About the “First Round of Bidding for the Second Auction for Reuse of Fixtures and Equipment for Private Sector Companies and Individuals”
This auction is open to private sector companies and individuals who wish to purchase fixtures, equipment, and small structured used in pavilions, facilities, offices, etc. at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan on the MYAKU-ICHI! website and Yahoo! Auctions.
・Bidding Period: 13:00 on Monday, 8 December 2025, to 13:00 on Sunday, 14 December 2025.
