Since Sunday, 24 August, at around 10:00 every day, a malfunction has been occurring where digital tickets for the Sakurajima Station shuttle bus purchased through KANSAI MaaS cannot be displayed at the ticket gates of the Sakurajima Station Shuttle Bus Terminal.
We are pleased to inform you that the KANSAI MaaS Council, which operates the system, is taking steps resolve this issue.
Malfunction Details
・Date and Time: Every day at around 10:00 since 24 August
・Details: Server issues have occurred due to heavy traffic. As a result, digital tickets cannot be displayed at the ticket gates of the Sakurajima Station Shuttle Bus Terminal.
・Number of Cases: 200-300 cases per day, with some customers paying using alternative payment methods.
Current Response
Server capacity has been increased.
Future Response
To avoid heavy traffic during certain hours, the reservation start times for each station shuttle bus will be adjusted.
