About My Tickets

“My Tickets” is a service provided on the official Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan ticket sales website, allowing customers to register additional tickets and transfer tickets.

About “Additional Ticket Registration”

Tickets purchased or obtained from sources other than the official ticket sales website will be attached to your ExpoID for validation.
This is called “additional ticket registration.”

How to Register Additional Tickets

Obtain an ExpoID.

Log in to the official sales website using your ExpoID and password.

Expand the menu in the upper right corner and select My Tickets > Additional Ticket Registration.

On the “Additional ticket registration” screen, enter the Ticket ID (10 alphanumeric characters) in the window labelled “Enter Ticket ID” and click “Add”.

When the ticket you added is displayed, click “Proceed to confirmation of additional ticket registration” to confirm that the ticket to be added is correct.

When the “Additional ticket registration complete” screen is displayed, the additional ticket registration is complete.

Tickets for which additional registration has been completed will appear in “My Tickets”.

About “Ticket Transfer”

You can transfer your purchased tickets to your family and friends.

  • *The Delivery URL issued for transfering tickets is valid for 72 hours.
  • *If the Delivery URL expires, the ticket will be returned to the “My Tickets” of the sender.
  • *Unauthorised resale of tickets is prohibited under the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Ticket Purchase and Use Policy.
    Do not post Delivery URLs on social media where many people can view them.

Person Who Wants to Transfer Tickets

Log in to the official sales website using your ExpoID and password.

Expand the menu in the upper right corner and select My Tickets > Ticket Transfer.

Your tickets will be displayed. Select the tickets you wish to transfer and click “Transfer Selected Tickets”.

On the “Confirm ticket to be transferred” page, check that the ticket you selected is correct, and then click “Transfer this ticket”.

When the Delivery URL for the ticket appears, click "Copy Delivery URL". (The URL text will be copied to your device's clipboard.)

Please send the copied Delivery URL via a message application or email. This completes the delivery procedure.

Person Who Wants to Receive Tickets

First, obtain an ExpoID.
*If you are under 16 years old, a parent or guardian must register your ExpoID on your behalf.

When you click on the URL you received via message app or email, you will be asked to log in with your ExpoID.

Check that the details of the ticket are correct and click “Receive Ticket”.

Check the receipt of ticket screen.

You can check the tickets you have received and the tickets you have in your possession in “My Tickets”.
